I dont really think it is the bar or liquor stores fault that some one is an alcoholic. I heard that it runs in the family. But why punish everyone for a few peoples problems I know that sounds mena and I dont want to say that but thats like saying tobacco shops and stores that sell smokes enable people trying to quite smoking sorry if its harsh its true though.

Not at all.
Bars, Liquor/package stores, etc, do not FORCE people to drink.
They provide a service and sell a product. If you are, as the consumer, unable to be a responsible patron, then that is your fault, not the merchant's.
Do convinence stores enable smokers to get lung cancer? Nope. The smokers are equally addicted as alcoholics. And everytime they light up, they make a choice to do so, just as one makes a choice to drink.
When you are fully addicted, it becomes less of a choice, certainly. But you are still able to ask for help. And when you choose NOT to ask for help, that is your choice as a consumer.
Don't blame the merchant for the irresponsibilities of the consumer.

Nope. Alcoholics are usually enabling themselves to become one!
And in a way I can see where your question comes from.. What with the removal of soda machines from schools in the USA and all. Maybe if they put an age limit on that, only older people will get even fatter from all the fizzy drinks they can get their hands on!

If they do, then so do supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and anywhere else that liquor is sold.
If someone wants to drink--they will find a way. Look up "Prohibition"--alcohol was illegal--yet more people than ever were drinking.

Do funeral parlors enable murderers? Alcoholics existed long before the corner store. I don't believe in punishing the masses because of the wayward antics of a few. We're not closing restaurants because because of fat people, either.

Is a supermarket enabling the obese by selling Twinkies? No, people need to be responsible for their own actions.

No. If they were illegal, there would still be boot-legging around and an alcoholic would find a way to get it.
