If you are a healthy adult , 90/60 is considered to be normal.
The first digit is called systolic and the second is called diastolic blood pressure. So your systolic blood pressure is 90 and your diastolic blood pressure is 60 mmHg.
In adults a diastolic pressuire<85 mmHg and systolic pressure<130 mmHg indicates normal blood pressure.
These levels for blood pressure are arbitrary levels which have been stablished to define persons who have an increased risk of developing a morbid cardiovascular event and/or will benefit from medical therapy. For example patients with a diastolic pressure>90 mmHg have a significant reduction in morbidity and mortality rate if they receive adequate therapy. They , then , are patients who have hypertension and who should be considered for treatment.
It also depends on sex, age, race, and concomitant diaeases. For example for diabetic patients the blood pressure should be less than 130/85 mmHg . In the first year of life the acceptable levels are 90-100/60-67 mmHg and in the late teens 100-120/65-75 are considered normal.

mine is usually 100/60....i don't know if the top makes a big difference, but they tell me that it's a little on the low side but it's in an okay range.
Indicators of low blood pressure
For most individuals, a healthy blood pressure lies between 90/60 mmHg to 130/80 mmHg. A small drop in blood pressure, even as little as 20 mmHg, can result in transient hypotension.

Normal is 120/80
If your a small person your probably okay...it is a little on the low side however. Some people just run low. If you get dizzy, you should go see your doctor, a low b/p is as dangerous as a high b/p.

It depends, if you usually get this reading for your blood pressure then its your baseline BP. But otherwise, its too low compared to the normal values of 120/80

Seems to be little bit low. But if you are a healthy person with normal bmi and weight , without having any medications then you don't have to worry. 120/80 is the ideal bp.

that is a good pressure for me.
it would be high for a 4 yr old.
it would be critically low in a 250 lb male with CHF and a history of heart disease.
more info is needed.

that is low but not so low you have to worry. mine is about the same. i have problems with passing out if it drops much lower than that. if you are having dizzy spells you should see your doc.salty snacks can raise your blood pressure quickly and temporarily. if you have trouble with your energy levels it wouldnt hurt to have your adrenal functions checked. thats what causes my low blood pressure.

.For an adult it used to be 140/80, but the medical profession
would like it to be a bit lower. Mine runs 126/ 65 most of the time.
Your systolic( upper number is a bit low).
