It isn't strange but it isn't healthy either.
If you like the crunch in your sandwiches, but some salad, or any crunchy vegetable. It make your sandwich look thicker but less greasy. It's good if you get used to it. And your health is important.

Yes you will get fat and no it's not strange because I put chips in my sandwiches sometimes too. I've never heard of the french fry thing though.

Good Lord, I gagged just thinking about it. Not only are you consuming loads of toxic artificial crap, but your cholesterol must be through the roof! Not to mention the sodium content, almost 3000 grams of sodium. Thats a heart attack, just looking for a place to happen. Go to hardees.com and calculate the calories, fat, sodium in your meal. Then, read the VERY long list of artificial ingredients, preservatives and other garbage. Do yourself a favor-introduce yourself to a salad!

OF COURSE IT'S UNHEALTHY!! anything that has been cooked in a deep fat frier, regardless of what it was originally, is not healthy!! watch the documentry called SuperSize Me. it's about a guy who decides he's going to eat mcdonald's exclusively for a month and you can literally see what that will do to a person's body...both physically, mentally and emotionally.

You are concerned about health,i think that is a sensible attitude & far from stupid, now that you know how bad this fad of yours is & that it can have really bad health repurcussions,I am sure you will work out healthy alternatives.Obesity is as bad if not worse than many frank illnesses, apart from which it has a bad effect on all systems of the body.

your description makes the food sound very unhealthy and strange. although I bet there are people who eats like you do. Getting fat or not depends on how much physical work and exercise you do everyday and you metabolism. therefore, it is quite hard to say.

ewww. of course its unhealthy. basically you're eating fat on top of fat. why is this question in the ethnic foods section anyway? Start bringing your lunch to work and lay off the artery clogging fast food.
