Not sure of your spelling, but think that you mean "syf" ? If so, it is a disease of the blood, syphilis, and can be cured. Not fun to get, and if left untreated, can do a lot of damage. If you think that you have it, see a doctor as soon as you can. Best wishes

sulf could refer to a type of medicine called sulfa-drugs. blood types are a, b, o, ab, all can be + or -.
