Depends on how much you are producing. My son has a nasty cold right now and threw up tons of mucus on his high chair last night. I'd say it was about 1/3 of a cup.

you swallow a good bit...mostly from you nasal cavity and do not even know it...i cannot give you an exact amount as all bodies produce different amounts...good luck
