You need to consider using one or potentially two medications, one over the counter, one prescription. The first is Claritin or its generic, the second is Singulair. Try the claritin first, if your symptoms don't improve consider trying or adding to that the Singulair. But of these will limit the allergic responses that lead to your sneezing. Best of luck.

Sounds like your having an allergic reation that is most likely environmentally triggered. Only an allergist or your MD will be able to tell you for sure. In your own home you can limit the amount of dust by keeping the blinds dust free, vacuum regularly, and use dust covers on your pillows and mattress. In the work place you can wear a mask when doing jobs that produce particulate matter. Speak with your supervisor and see if there is anything that can be done to decrease the amount of dust. Find out how often the filters on the A/C is changed. Most employers are more than willing to work with their hard working employees rather than lose them.
