When i have my glucose tolerence test dont they took my fasting blood sugar at 87 then gave me 100g glucose when i had my blood drawn only 1 hour after it was down to 63. My doctor is waiting for my insulin levels to come back. How does your sugar drop after drinking that much. The 2 and 3 hour levels were fine

There is nothing wrong with that, it is a good thing. The sugar probably hasn't gone through your system.

It means that your body metabolizes the glucose very slowly. The glucose had not yet gone through your system enough to register an increase on the 1 hour test, but was improved later after more time had allowed it to get into your system
