The style of cooking is Teppenyaki. Benihana and all that are just names of the restaurants. the style of restaurant, where they cook in front of you, and entertain is a Teppenyaki restaurant.

I was thinking of the practice of Teppanyaki (putting on a little show on an iron griddle at your table), popular in the Benihana chain of restaurants. The plate is technically called a teppan but in English sometimes it's referred to as hibachi.

There are a ton of them. Depends on where you live. If you are thinking of the one in NYC that many people go to, it is called Benihana. But there are many others. If you search "Japanese steakhouse" you will get a ton!

The Hot Dog is a food prepared in front of you (by a street vendor). But, you may be thinking of a Teppanyaki Restaurant.

it is HIBACHI.
I have been there for a ,meal. Interesting! And we had a waiter looking like Jackie Chan and doing all sorts of tricks too.
