Dude, you just need to tell that girl that you're not feeling it at the moment, that you feel sick, whatever you want to tell her ...but DO NOT have sex with her until you are cured of the STD. You're a good guy for not wanting to spread it around (plus, she might just give it right back to you later)! If she doesn't respect your wishes, you need to get a new gf!

Honesty is the best policy, however, since you are kind enough not to spread with your partners your present condition, you can simply go out on a date by merely watching movie, eating or having an exquisite dinner ,may or may not be in a romantic way and after bringing your girlfriend home you can just give her a goodnyt kiss and tell her either you have an early exam or work tomorrow to avoid sleeping with her. Anyway the treatment of STD ranges from 1-2 weeks. You still have lot's of reason to think. As long as you comply with your medications, you will be healed soon and will be able to be in her loving arms again.

I know it is hard for guys sometimes to refuse sex and I think you are doing a great job by not having sex with her. Now as whether you should tell her or not, that is up to you but I guess if you truely care about her and know that you two have great relationship and not meanless one then you tell her. Remember as bad as you might have been from sleeping around, you still didn't ask for it and you didn't do anything wrong. Things happen but be smart next time and put rubber on before you get something worst than what you have now. GOOD LUCK

What type of STD? You should avoid any intimate situations that could lead to sex. Get completely treated!!! Buut if you do decide to make sure o use protection at all times. Just think about how you got it and how you fel when you fond out. How did that make you feel? Don't pass on diseases it's not nice and it is betraying to the other person, not to mention disgusting.

Just tell her, straight-out, that you're getting treated for an STD. Honestly, I'd dump a guy on his a** if he didnt tell me he had an STD but went ahead and kept dating me anyway, but I'd probably stay with him if he DID have an STD but at least told me.
If she flips out--majorly--find a new gf. It will probably be normal for her to be a little surprised, maybe upset, but if she gets mad or flips out, you know, time to go 'bye-bye'. Just be honest; it's the best way to go. =) Depending on what STD it is, maybe she'll stay with you and you could still have sex? If it's crabs or something? I dunno. I dont have an STD and I dont know anyone who does.
