It's not bad at all and, in fact, recent studies have shown that spicy foods can help metabolize sugars. So, depending on which form of diabetes you have, Tabasco could actually be beneficial. Worst case, it gives you heartburn? (lol)

Nope. If you're worried about sugar intake, look at the carbs on the label and take the appropriate amount of insulin.

It shouldn't be, but look in the ingredients to be sure it does not contain sugar or sugar products. I use dijon mustard a lot (like most people use ketchup) and it has nothing bad in it. Enjoy! :-)

Nope. I am diabetic and I loves me some hot sauce. My current favorite is Frank's w/Lime. mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

No, it's not. There's no sugar in it. It's mostly vinegar and is probably good for you. ♣
