My husband and I love Ethiopian food, we go out to eat at our favorite restauraunt all the time. He loves the way the veggies are made and I wanted to make them at home - does anyone know of a good cookbook I could pick up that makes it simple? Also, does anyone know if there is any special cooking equipment - i.e. pots/pans that you need?

does not seem from what i read your going to need special cookware, some of the recipes look so tastey, enjoy!! :)

The Moosewood (Sundays?) cookbook has some recipes and is probably the easiest to locate.

i dont know bout everyone else but i didnt think ethiopians even had vegetables to "prepare"
