Diabetes, pernicious anemia, fibromyalgia, hypoglycemea...there are any number of illnesses and diseases that could be causing your symtoms. The best thing to do is have tests run to determine the cause. Then you and your doctor will know the best treatment.

Anemia doesn't cause blurred vision or nausea, but it does interrupt sleep and cause fatigue. The symptoms more closely match diabetes, but again, nausea is not a symptom of diabetes. Either way, you should contact your doc to set up a blood test screens for anemia and diabetes. There is a self-test for diabetes at the link:
