HIV can be transmitted by any body fluid. Saliva isn't really contagious, unless you were to drink a gallon or so of it, and I really don't know about urine. Blood, semen, vaginal secretions, and breast milk all can transmit HIV though.

Sucking WHAT? If you mean oral sex, yes. You can get it or pass it to someone else that way.
