Hard to say, but that looks promising.

Even better, it sounds like the CSA class of chemical compounds will be able to do more than just kill HIV which could be invaluable in so many ways(drug resistant bacteria for instance).

I think like every other trial that has been done thid=s is also destined to fail.
The problem with the HIV virus is that in its genetics, it embeds itself in the Human T lymphocyte ( T-cell) and alters its reproductive structure so that when the cell generates, it generates an HIV virus. This is very critical in the race to find the cure because if there is something that is going to kill the HIV, it will kill the parent cell which is the T-cell. That means that you have to kill all the T-cells in the body to completely kill the HIV. The problem here is that if you kill all the T-cells then the person does not have any immunity and will probably die. Unless he/she is kept in a bubble.
If they can find a way to kill off the virus without affecting the T-cells.

to be honest. no there isnt at this present time no cure . for aids. as far as being close only time will tell. in my opion?
