i have my own version of buttermilk shrimp that you can prepare at home.

Ingredients:

shrimp (shelled)
butter (salted or unsalted)
minced garlic
chopped coriander
teaspoon of sesame oil
black pepper
salt to taste

In a hot pan w/ low fire, put the sasame oil then saute the garlic and pls don't burn the garlic ok. after a minute add the shrimp & chopped coriander. when the shrimp turns orange, add the butter then saute it for a minute. add pepper & salt to taste.

remember, if u will use a salted butter the amount of salt will be little.
i couldn't give the exact amount of ingredients bec. when preparing a chinese food they usually put a bit of this and that.

Google it. I found some. Pick the one of your liking or the similiar type (recipe wise) that you had.
