Yes they do work! I tried them myself and after just a couple nights with one - I noticed I slept alot better . After a week or so I tried sleeping without one, and there definately is a difference in my sleeping. When I wear one to bed I feel rested and wake up easily - rather than being jolted awake because Im still tired and tense and on edge. Try them - you will definately feel like you had a good nights sleep! Which in turns makes for a better day!

No snoring is when you go to sleep your upper airway co lapses and blocks your airway. Usually when you sleep on your back but not limited to just that. What happens is when you sleep your tongue relaxes and falls to the back of your throat. That is the blockage and what causes the snore is your body trying to push air through the smaller passage of floppy tissue.

Yes, but it also depends on who the pastor is, because some Pastors holler so loud, you couldn't sleep if you wanted to.

Yes they do! It doesn't seem like they would when you look at them but they do work quite well, I use them all the time.
