I was just wondering which one is healthier to eat, green cabbage or red cabbage or, if there is a difference at all? Thanks.

The pigment that makes it red contains a lot of phytochemicals that are really good for you. In general the darker or richer the color of a veggie, the better for you it is.

Red. Leafy foods are only super healthy with the darker colors. While green cabbage is good for you, its not the best.
