Boston Tuna sashimi. It is the best in the world. It sells in Japan for $100 a pound wholesale. It is specially handled from the time the fish is caught to the freezing temperatures for the fish after it is landed. It is all specified by the the Japanese buyers who pay top dollar for those fish. It is almost impossible to find on the West coast and is only occassionally found in New England. The rest is sent to Japan.
