What is it when you have a choking sensation?

I have a tight throat sensation in the bottom part of my throat, in between my clavicle. When I move my head a certain way I will gag like I'm being choked. What is that??? It doesn't feel like I swallowed anything, just as though the airway is being restricted.

You could have a hiatial hernia, go to a doctor and have the problem checked out!
