I've actually got into chinese food recently. I need more time to explore. But the takeaway, "canton canton" on Mollison Way, Queesbury is really good!

I LOVE spanish food and Indian food, but ONLY when they are done to a VERY high standard.

Italian - whilst it seems quite simple to me, sorry. It's pasta or pizza. How hard can it be?

Greek - i was in greece and the main things i liked were the salads and cheeses. Can't say much from that

Jap - don't like fish

Thai - some of it seem to vegetarian and liquid based for my liking.

Mala - as above

Mexican - i've yet to find a decent mexican that isn't part of some crap chain.

Indian- it's just the best, spicy, delicious, Dufferent styles depending on which part of India, has many different breads and rices( nan, prata, roti) even the sweet mithas are good, Indian is also my race and culture, but I'm South African nationality!!

Thai and Malaysian - I group these together because they are quite similar and are of similar fusion style , when I went to these places, they were quite similar to Indian, spicy especially in Phuket- they are the epitome of spiciness. It's nice, also easy to find vegetarian food.

Chinese food- Chinese food is amazing! Especially the presentation, my favourite would be chicken fried rice, I really don't like red meat so I'm unable to enjoy it to its full extent, but dim sum is nice, noodles. I feel it's more the simplicity that draws me.

But my favourite is definitely Indian food, followed by the South East Asian( Thai, Malaysian) and then Chinese, but they're quite similar.

Hmm..
I don`t really have a favorite, It`s usually my mood that I`m in that decides at the time.
I love them all except Malaysian & Spanish.

I`ll just give a list of what dishes I like for several of them.
Mexican= Quesadillas, Burritos, Tamales, Beans & Rice, Enchilada..TACOBELL?!!!!

Japanese=Sushi, Udon, Ramen, Teriyaki Chicken!, Shrimp Tempura, Miso Soup, ETC ETC.

Chinese: Gotta LOVEE Panda Express, most deffinently.
At Panda`s, I must get the; Half fried rice & half Chow fun w/ orange chicken & beef w/ broccoli. YUMM. I actually would eat almost everythin` there :)

Indian: I LOVEEE THE CURRY.

Thai: The curry is also good(: PLUS Spring Rolls & Sticky Rice, also the Pho Thai <---- I think that`s how you spell it??

Greek: Have to have the Hummus & Pita bread.

Vietnamese (was not one of the choices :[ )=
I love the Pho!
If you haven`t tried it.... YOU MUSTT!

I love all food. Variety is most definitely the spice of life. I love curry because it's part of my heritage. I love Chinese because I lived in Hong Kong when I was small. I love Italian because I make a mean Spag Bol, I love Greek because of a few great Greek hols, I love Turkish because of a fabulous restaurant that I used to visit.
The only bad thing is that it all has to be in moderation or else I'd be the size of a house.

Thai food. I have eaten Indian food in India, Spanish food in Spain and Italian food in Italy - but Thailand was the place where I enjoyed every meal whever in a five start restaurant or eating from a stand in the street.

I never had Malaysian, Indian, or Thai food. From your list I have to say Italian food is my favorite. I loved pizza, pasta, Italian sandwiches …etc. I also like Greek salad and cakes.

Chinese, the choice is huge and its a lot more healthier than some of the others. Its closely followed by British and Italian.

Chinese is my favourite too, followed by nearly all other variety from the far eastern countries. Chinese is the most versatile of all, with different ingredients & ways of cooking, the same meat or vegetable can be done in dozens of ways.
