sparkpeople.com -- it is generally a 'diet' website, but you can add/change the items on the menu. You can build a weekly menu page.

kraftfoods.com has great recipes. Many are quick. Under 'dinners' there's a section called express checkout that shows you how to make several meals using the same ingredients. What you use part of for one dinner, get's used latter in the week.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, green vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

I always use www.allrecipes.com. There you can look for recipes by their names or search for ones by entering an ingredient you'd want to use. It's pretty cool. I had avocados and typed those in under ingredient search. All the recipes using avocados came up. They also have great review sections.

Use spray oil as an alternative to pouring. One squirt contains only one calorie compared to 120 calories from a tablespoon. If you use oil as part of your cooking daily, this small change could lose you a stone over the year.

Cold showers: They not only burn 500 extra calories a day, studies from The New Great britain Journal of Medicine cite that this icy water also activates ‘brown fat’ – the excellent type of body fat which creates body heat, increases rate of metabolism and burns off naughty white fat.
