Yes, there is an excellent chance you are infected again. There is an equally excellent chance you may be infected with more than "trich". Get back to your doctor, tell him you've had unprotected sex, and insist that you need to be checked for everything. Don't leave the office until he has: done a pap smear, taken vaginal swabs, and given you a lab slip to have blood drawn.
In the meantime- until you know you are infection free, do not have intercourse, with or without a condom. Do not let a guy perform oral sex on you. As it was pointed out in another answer, condoms do not entirely eliminate your chances of getting an STD. Infections like herpes, venereal warts, hepatitis, and HIV can be passed through secretions and skin to skin contact along the base of the penis where the condom does not cover. There are lots of other things you can do with a partner to satisfy sexual needs without intercourse. You can use your hands or toys. Use your imagination. As for performing oral sex on a guy...well, that's a gray area. You can still pass herpes, HIV, and hepatitis that way...but I suppose if you pull away before he ejaculates it will reduce the chances- not eliminate them, just reduce them- of you getting sick from him. His chances of getting sick from you that way are lower than if he were to have intercourse with you, but there is still a chance. There is always a chance. The trick is to keep it safe while you still enjoy it. It helps a lot to have a guy you can trust.
On that note. What the heck are you doing with a guy who would try to trick you by pretending to wear a condom? You deserve so much more than a dangerous jerk like him. It makes me question the fact that he went to the doctor to be tested. If he was irresponsible enough to lie about putting a condom on, I wonder if he would be responsible enough to actually see a doctor. Keep in mind, if he did that to you, he likely did it to other girls...which makes it pretty likely he has an STD of some kind or another. And now it's pretty likely you have it too. Best of luck kiddo.

Most of the time this is a female type infection they do often treat men without testing as a precaution and to prevent reinfection. I am surprised they are waiting for HIS TESTs..... That sounds kind of suspect.. are you sure he was honest and told the Dr about your results. If so they should have just treated him in conjunction with your treatment to prevent you from passing back and forth.

Just a few seconds. Any unprotected sexual contact, even non-penetrative, can expose you to a disease.

you could and it doesn't matter if he was protected because condoms do not protect against STD's or HIV.
