What's it like to be a food critic?

Ok three things. Are they more likely to gain wait? Do they get a lot of money? Does it require any education?

1)They don't really gain wait because they eat properly at home.
2)No they don't get a lot of money they have to buy the food.
3)Na they don't need an education but they should be somewhat smart to tell if the food is poison.
