I think you are asking what is more sweeter not sweater and I think that a home is more sweeter than a house by far.When you think of a house it seems empty or vacant but when you say home it seems to be warm ,cozy and enviting a safe place to be.

It is not Sweater, Its Sweeter. Sweater is something which you wear in the winter

Home is obviously sweeter.Home refers to not only the dwelling you stay in but all that goes with family love and life.
