Yeah, I 'dig' it too!
It's not just us, more than 50% of people living in Hawaii 'dig' it as well!! I had the best spam meal there.....with rice of course!

I personally have only had Spam once and I had it with eggs. I wasn't a big fan of it. Too salty. However one of my favorite bands " Save Ferris" sings a song about SPAM. Funny song. I don't think it's funny that you like spam, to each there own you know? So good luck to you and your SPAM fried rice. :)

I used to think SPAM would be awful so I never tried it. Then I got together with my husband who is from Hawaii so I had to taste some. Now I love SPAM! It is wonderful in an extremely greasy-salty-junkfood kind of way. But I still can't quite get the hang of SPAM Musubi, SPAM and seaweed together just doesn't work for me, even though I like both separately.

I love it fried crispy and served with mustard on the side. But send the recipe for the fried rice.

Span is okay... a little saly for my taste, but in fried rice it does sound better.
I just prefer my fat and salt to come from Bacon!

I like it too, fried with kraft macaroni and cheese. In Hawaii they have it at Mc Donalds.
