You need to go see a doc. Having lots of water, of course, helps greatly. AND you need to buy saline spray and use it every couple of hours. It helps to lie down on the bed and spray the saline in your nose from various directions. I spray it in the nostrils, and then lie completely flat on my back across the bed, with my head hangning upsidedown. It feels so good afterward. I too had a problem with dry mouth and sinus issues. I am much better now. It may well be that you don't have ENOUGH humidity in your house. You may want to add a humidifier, but don't forget you have to keep those things REALLY clean because of mold spore production.

THAT IS USUALLY THE RESULT OF THE LACK OF HUMIDITY IN YOUR HOME. IF THERE IS A HEATER NEAR YOU, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT, TAKE A PAN OF WATER AND PLACE IT IN FRONT OF THE HEATER. THIS WILL ADD MOISTURE TO YOUR BEDROOM. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU DURING THE TIME SPENT IN OTHER ROOMS, DO THE SAME THING. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND I HAVE TO DO THE SAME THING. ALSO, BE CAREFUL WITH THE DRIED BLOOD AND THE DRY EYES. THE DRY EYES CAN DAMAGE YOUR EYES. I WAS JUST PUT ON EYE DROPS TO MOISTEN MY EYES BY MY EYE DR.

so buy a cheap humidifier at the drug store. I always try the inexpensive solution first.
