My boyfriend has a ring of bumps on the underside of the head of his penis. They are kind of a whiteish fleshy color. We went to the Drs and they said that its not herpes. The Dr. said its something to do with the fact that he's uncircumsized, and refered us to a urologist.

Any idea what these are??

If they are around the circumference under the head (a circle of them), there is no concern. Some guys just have that.

well I'm circumsized, and I do have that whiteish bumps under there. As a fact I just check and I have four of them and they are away from each other. I don't think it is anything from him to worry about, However it they just appear recently and hurts him then he should look after it asap as it could be something else.

hope this helps

There are several possibilities that I'm aware of. It could be HPV/genital warts (drastically more common than you think and highly contageous). It could be fordyce spots (supposedly harmless), or it could be pearly penile papsules (also supposedly harmless). I don't think circumcision is a factor in any of these, but it's worth a closer look.
