If you are worried about some person who you think has a heart condition then you should get them to visit the doctor as soon as possible. From there they can be referred to a hospital consultant if necessary, or perhaps they just need medication to control their problem. If you do not want to wait for the appointments via NHS you can go to a private hospital for tests. This will cost you a lot of money. Whichever you choose get them to a doctor to get checked out.

Sorry I don't understand what you're asking, but going to a doctor is probably the best thing to do.
