MY Wife is going to suriousely divorce me,
my kids ,my wife i guess i costantely wake them up and in turn wake and startle me..the over the counter stop snoring don't work for me anyone have any ideas??

go for a sleep apnea test at a sleep clinic and see if you have a sleep disorder I know many people who are now on a cpap I think it is called machine and the snoring stops immediatley.

Snoring can be an indications of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). It this is the case, a C-Pap machine or surgery would work fine. You may want to do an online Epworth Sleep questionnaire, (here is one http://www.cdh.org/ClinicalServices.aspx?id=9322 ) then talk to your doctor about the results.

to treat snoring u can:-
1.change ur life-style by losing weight,avoiding alcohol close to bed time,changing sleeping positions( sleep on ur side),avoiding sedatives
2.if this does nt help, do following-
a. oral appliances-form fitting dental mouthpieces
b.traditional surgery-uvuloplastopharyngoplasty(UPPP)
c. laser surgery- laser assisted uvulopalatoplasty(LAUP)
d.sonoplasty(radiofrequency tissue ablation)
e.continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)
3.adhesive nasal strips applied to ur nose
4.treat nasal congestion or obstruction if u have it

not really. I'm sure that there are several surgical options however. Also if things get drastic, than you can always sleep in seperate rooms. Or buy them earmuffs:)
