great idea!!first of all remember there is always demand for doctors in suburbs.respi med has the highest scope since it involves all age group.u can get urself attached to a local hospital initially and also open ur own clinic during evening.once u pick up ur practise u can become full timer.go ahead, all the best.

Great! Anything in the medical field has a better then average growth expectation according to the Dept of labor statistics. There is a shortage of every health care speciality nation wide. My town of 40K, has two pulmonary MDs and they are both way over worked. We need more. Good luck.
