I have one white spot on the inside of my lips and its a little cut opened would that be considered mouth herpes? or would it just be me being paranoid and possibly i cut my lip open. pleaser someone know the answer

It sounds like a canker sore. Herpes simplex mouth sores are generally on the outside of the lip. When it's a white ulcer in the mucous membrane it's called a canker sore. However to be sure, you can ask your doctor. There are some over the counter medications to numb the pain. They usually go away in a few weeks and there is no known cause. I had them a lot when I was a child.
No one can diagnose you over the internet though. This is just what it sounds like to me.

Most likely it is a mouth ulcer/canker sore from too many acidic foods, tooth irritation, etc.
Some mouth cancers can also appear as white lesions, so if it's not gone in a week or two see an EMT doctor.
Doesn't sound like herpes...

Sounds like a cancer sore, not herpes. Try hydrogen peroxide on it (apply with a q-tip). If it goes away in 24 hours then it is just a cancer sore which can be caused by too vigorous brushing. If it tingles and stays around for 5 or more days then you might have herpes. They look like little blisters and sort of hurt. Don't kiss anyone until you are sure....

I am absolutely terrified and I feel so alone. I just found out last week that I tested positive for hsv1 and 2. From your description it sounds like a canker sore. It is always best to get checked though. Herpes simplex would have displayed itself externally. Be safe, for your sake and the sake of your loved ones.
