My wife thinks that we can get aids if we have anal sex. But neither of us have aids!
Doesnt one of us have to have aids to give someone aids?
She thinks that the virus lives in her butt or butts in general and people get it that way.
I dont even want to have it with her, but I just want to prove her wrong.

you are 100% right, the virus does not live in your "butt"......either one of you has to have it in order for you to encounter the AIDS virus. What would help is if you both got tested for HIV for ease of mind. There are free clinics all over, some free of charge, that can give you both an answer. If you are both negative for HIV, then you can give it a try or she might be too uncomfortable for this sexual experience.

Well it is true that HIV can be spread by anal sex.

But, if neither of you have the virus then you CANNOT get it from each other, regardless of how you have sex (vaginal, anal or oral). Either you or your wife has to have the virus in order to pass it to the other person.

Someone has to have it.It's not caused just by having anal sex.
