Single tab of ciprofloxacin 500 mg, if it is early & if late than you will have to take Long Acting Penicillin deep intra muscular weekly for 4 weeks if you take 6 lac unit ,if you take 12 Lac unit than two injections one every fortnigh.Treatment can be longer if recovery is slow.
