PIzza dough shouldn't have egg in it. But I'd point out that the US made Totino's frozen "pizza" does actually have an egg based crust! I'm not a fan of frozen pizza and the quotes regarding their product are strictly used for insult purposes.

It depends on what type of dough you are talking about. In pizza dough no, but in pasta, cookie, and pie dough yes.

some do, some don't.
1:
1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)
2 T yeast (2 tablespoons, I like my dough a little yeasty. You can use less)
2 T honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Most likely yes. Sometimes pizza places offer a vegan (or vegetarian) pizza, if so that means that it SHOULD not have eggs in it. I would check just to make sure.

Not usually, no. Pizza dough is usually just flour, salt oil, water, and yeast. But ask your server if you're concerned.
