Such as a saxaphone or trumpet, something that would exercise your throat muscles. Would that help?

I have never heard of this treatment. I know musical instruments can help with PEP therapy and to prevent and reverse atelectasis but I have never heard of it as a treatment for sleep apnea. Sleep apnea can be caused by obesity and can be relieved by loosing weight.

The treatments for obstructive sleep apnea are C-Pap. Bi-Pap or stints in the soft pallet of your mouth and throat.

Treatments for centeral sleep apnea incluce phych medications as centeral sleep apnea is an issue with the brain function.

If you have sleep apnea, talk to your doctor about what kind it is and what to do about it.

Not unless you use them to master the technique of "circular breathing", which is the factor involved in playing the didge which MIGHT help with apnea.

You can make your own didge for next to nothing, buy a piece of plastic plumbing pipe and line one end with some beeswax. Viola! (no, wait, that's a stringed instrument! I think I meant "voila!"...)
