Has to get thru the hairs in your nose, right ?

Yes, it is possible to breath in fur, but the filtering fingers , would prevemt it from entering the lungs more likely, it would cause you to cough it out. But if it is a large amount of fur, and you sucked it into the lungs, then that would be a problem, Stay away from fur.

Yes, Any thing that is capable of becoming airborne and fitting in your nose or mouth can be pulled into your lungs with inhalation.

Your nose has 4 major functions. One is to smell. The other three are to warm incoming air, humidify incoming air and to filter incoming air. The little hairs in the nose do the filtering.

If the fur gets past the filtering system or you inhale through your mouth, you can get it into your lungs.

Yes, you can breathe it in. Usually your body's immune system takes care of the problem.
