intelligence is a general term, what i mean is the ability to use Logical introductions to build a conclusion.
Also, can any other animal kill it's own kind? Is that what makes us homos special?

We are the only species in which this level of intelligence involved. The second most intelligent species are the chimps that also have the highest DNA and physical similiarity with us and are therefore our nearest relatives. For example, they are the only species except for us that can recognize themselves in a mirror. There were intermediate species on the way of evolution to Homo sapiens, but they are all extinct. In the fossil record you can see how their size of their brains gradually increased. If some of these species were still there we could not make such a clear cut between humans and animals as we do now.
And yes, animals can kill their own kind and they often do. In fact, that humans often kill their own kind is an old animal instinct that too often breaks out. Animals often kill other animals that don't belong to their "clan" or other social group. Chimps do it, and rats and mice do it, and I don't know how many other species.

Your theory here is flawed. It has been proven that several species use logical introductions to build a conclusion. A short list would be dolphins, sharks, chimpanzees, apes, crows, whales, dogs, rodents.
Many animals kill their own kind, including what you would call dumb animals like chickens.
Lions, hyenas, crows, sharks, snakes just to name a few.
Perhaps your time would be better spent learning science instead of hanging out here.
