i am lookin to find out how many lakes are in shropshire england and would like to now where they are

I guess the best known one is The Mere near Ellesmere, there's a few other small lakes in the area and a couple a bit further south near Baschurch.

There's no large lakes in Shropshire, you'd have to cross into Gwynedd or Powys to find sizeable lakes.
