It could be the breed. Some breeds are just stubborn and won't learn unless you have a punishment ready for ANYTHING she does wrong. Now I don't mean to slap her or something but like a firm yell or a tug at the skin of the neck. Never hit it, It will become afraid of you. The best thing to do is ignore it. Dog's look
toward nothing else besides playing with you. You take that away It over for them. Punishment comes at the instant of the crime. never come home and find poop on the floor and then yell at the dog, she has no idea what she's done.

If you have always given her food when she has barked then you have inadvertantly trained her to bark for food. It needs to stop. Only feed her at set times, and completely ignore her behaviour at other times. Feeding twice a day is usual. Only feed her when she is quite otherwise you will still be reinforcing the behaviour. Maybe give her a command such as sit or down before you give her the food but if she barks no food til she is quiet. Word of warning though, her barking will get worse before it gets better so be consistant and don't give in.
