If God is not stingy then he can just come up with the 90% in advance. Or give 90% and the other 10% to the church that way I can stay home

Here's a question to answer yours.

What about the people that God doesn't care about? The people who try to believe and all they get is a life full of pain?

You selfish prick.

That is not a biblical doctrine. It is man made sophistry. We are supposed to give not expecting anything in return but that God will bless us. I can tell that you Hate that God of the bible, so why are you so concerned about how we live? You judge God based on his followers. That will get you nowhere. If we were perfect, or could achieve perfection, we would not need God. If we could be perfect even after receiving Jesus, we would in essence not need him anymore afterward.

Look at Jesus, and find wisdom in him. Not his idiot followers, like myself.

Its a matter of faithfulness- we are asked to give 10% but many give nothing. also tithe can be an amount of time and service as well-

YOU are the middle man!

you can be do or have whatever you want-

If it makes you feel any better, you can have your tithe direct deposited off your paycheck. ;)

Edit in response to yours: Wouldn't we all? Hmmm, an argument could be made that if God loves you he'd support you financially, but then imagine his direct deposit paperwork! He'd need to write millions of void checks...

For one thing yopu do not understand God. and the second is you are not God. would you rather have the 100% OR the 90% you have said?

Christians are under GRACE not LAW, therefore a "tithe" (giving 10%) is immaterial and obsolete.

To anyone who disagrees, take the tithe test:
