Well, that's only happened to me four times. With two of them it was the beginning of long-term, meaningful relationships, and with two of them it was because they were slµts. The difference is: the slµts sleep with EVERYONE on the first date, whereas with the nice girls its just because you both know right away.
However, as I'm sure you can appreciate, that's an analysis after the fact—when a woman sleeps with a man on the first date, his thoughts are pretty much generally as follows: Wow, yes!, lucky me, happy day, she is awesome, life is good, why can't more girls be like this.
What I can truly guarantee you they are NOT thinking is what a hoebag, she slept with me on the first date.
They are grateful. They are happy. They think you are the shít. They hope it will continue. You will not find men using the term "easy" as a pejorative. They're just about ecstatic to find a girl that is as willing and enthusiastic about a roll in they hay as they are.
Actually, I read a study some time ago on the concept that men prefer women who are "hard to get." The psychologists conducting the study concluded that that concept is false; what men in fact prefer is women that are hard to get for EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES.

depends on the man and the woman and the intentions, feelings, situation, circumstances. Sometimes it's only about libido. Can be about emotional feelings. The need to be physically close. If a man is only looking for sex, then he'll have no respect for the woman as a human being, only as a vessel to park his member in. Men use women, but women also use men for whatever reasons.

surprise,grateful, happy,amazed,fulfilled,romantic,daydreaming all the next day,wishing it could be a permanent relationship.and hopes the girl is willing to try to keep things going, on and on,and on...but thats just me.. i cant speak fot the other guys here.i am sure you will get so much negative replies..but i am optimistic, not a pessimist about women.

it depends on the woman.... every woman is different so a different answer would apply to each situation... personally i don't mind at all...
