No.

The only reason a Christian would want this would be if you wanted to just continue beleiving without being challeneged, and without anything to suggest you might be wrong. But the only way to gain true beleif is by questioning it until your sure that it's real.

Plus, as an athiest myself I enjoy answering/asking in the religious/spirituality section because I like to know all sides of the story, and I don't want to completely dismiss religion until I am 100% sure there's nothing in it. Right now i'm only 98% sure :P but i'm very thorough.

Atheism is NOT a religion. It is the absence of religion, hence the a- prefix. Had you been paying attention in English class instead of reading your bibles, you'd know that.
Besides, if you ban atheists from this section, you'd only have each other to preach to, and... well, on second thought, I guess that's the idea.
But if you're that threatened by us questioning the logic of your beliefs, I suppose that means your beliefs aren't that strong. If you're truly a believer, our questions and comments should just roll off.

*Edit* Excuse me, but atheists don't believe in Satan, either. We have no supernatural beliefs. No gods, no devils, no crystals, no astral projections, no "near death experiences." Sorry to ruin your day.

This unfortunately is unachievable practically because the whole universe from creation to bitter end is in the realm of science. We are covering all bases from the macro to the micro. The universe is our section and we are already there.
PS. To some of the answers pertaining to non sense statements of the sort "atheists have faith that there is no god" and such. We DO NOT HAVE FAITH. Faith is blind belief. To put it bluntly. there is 0 zero no evidence what soever that this non physical being postulated as god exist. This is not faith. I need faith for the tooth fairy. I need no faith for the speed of light.

I see some answers that say atheism is a religion, and that is new to me, so I can not comment on that .....BUT, one time, Jesus was asked why he was eating with tax collecters, non-believers, and sinners. Jesus said that he was there for the sick and not the ones who already believed. Forgive me, you non-believers, I do not mean to call you "sick". I was just trying to be short with my answer.
So , you see that it is good for non-believers to see what we are discussing and believe in. God put in everyone's heart a "curiosity" of trying to find a creator or purpose in life.

No, Atheists can provide spiritual answers. They can provide reason to spiritual questions. They might be seeking information regarding a religion, etc.

And not all Atheists are great at Science and mathematics.. That is a common misconception. I know quite a few Atheists that are not.

> Should Atheists be banished to the "Science and
> Mathematics" section?

When the godbots keep their mythologies out of public schools and government, _then_ they can talk about that.

Until that happens, the religious are nothing but hypochristian whiners; scratch that, the religious are nothing, period.

First of all a Christian believes in The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost/Spirit as their Saviour.

An Athiest believes that Satan is their holy savior and an Agnostic believes that we are here by chance. They believe in science. That evalution brought us here.

An Athiest should be banished to hell where they belong! We still have a chance with the Agnostic in trying to reach him before it is too late.
