Eagle Eye is correct. There are no specific height requirements. You just need to see over the panel and cowling. ;-) Some pilots I know use seat cushions to boost them up. I'm 5'6" and have used one also.

Depends wher you go. Some places have height requirements or minimum heights however this seems to be a company policy rather than a set rule.

Generally and in most cases, to be a commercial pilot there is no specified height requirement for pilots.

There is for military combat aircraft however, there is a minimum height and a maximum height,

You have to be at least 8 feet tall, or 32 meters. Whichever comes first.

But seriously, like everyone else said, if you can make it work, you can be a pilot. I know pilots that have no legs.

If you have any troubles getting a medical certificate due to your height, you can get a statement of demonstrated ability (SODA) by showing an FAA inspector that you can perform all of the required duties. It would be the same sort of thing as someone with colorblindness.

There are no height requirements for a pilot as long as he can reach the pedals and see over the panel and/or fits the cockpit. That means somewhere between 5'5 and 6'5.

There are no height requirements. but if your 9ft tall you might have some problems fitting in the cockpit. hehe

I am a helicopter pilot and im only 5'3" so i have to put a pad behind my back in order to reach the pedals. so its not a big deal.

There was an American Pilot who flew for the Eagle Squadron during the Battle of Britain who was 4'10". I'm no expert here, but as long as you can reach the pedals you should be able to fly
