What should I do if the Police beat me up when they arrested me for something I didn't do?

I was trying to explain that I didn't do it, (stole 3 ipods from walmart) but the they didn't believe me. I think one of my friends put them in my purse. But he won't tell the Police this. I was tased because I was trying to talk to the police telling them I was innocent.

Don't know if this will matter, but I was also charged with another theft that my ex boyfriend did a year or so ago.

See girl... you got to careful who you are called friends, if they are your friends then they did not put those items in your purse or even tell the true when you are in trouble like that.

I'm no big fan of the police, but they don't generally use a taser on someone unless she/he is out of control. I have to suspect your "trying to talk" was a little more aggressive than you make it seem. If not, consult your lawyer - you need one anyway.

Do you think the cops just got lucky stopping you? Wal-Mart watches you on video as the items get placed in your pocketbook and they call the police. Your arrested as soon as you pass the last point of payment with the property. Admit what you did and stop stealing.
