the correct grammer for that is 10 foremen,,...we use foreman when were talking one person only and foremen when its plural or more than one person

Someday all such terms will be replaced with "foreperson" or "forepeople." Until then, it's "foreman" for the singular form and "foremen" for the plural.

"Foremen" is the correct term to use if you are talking about the plural for foreman. "Foremans" is not a word.
