Um, it usually just kind of happens.
My first boyfriend took me somewhere really romantic and special. I kind of knew then that he was expecting a kiss... but I didn't mind cos I wanted it to, so I just sort of held his eyes and didn't look away and... it happened.
My current boyfriend I have no idea what happened. We were walking along and caught each other's eyes and the next second we were kissing.
Basically I think if the chemistry is right, it'll happen. But a good way to start is to look into his eyes and not look away. Then they can kiss you if they like. Guys do like to feel like they're the ones calling the shots, yes.

Simple.
Let the guy know that you want to kiss him. Then simply let him do it!
We like to make the first move... But we wont force the issue. You have to let him know that you want it.
PS. If you are younger than 16 don't kiss anyone yet! Wait a few years

boys should make the first move because sometimes girls get shy about it, and if girls did make the first move they might think the boy doesn't want the same thing

a kiss should happen you can always kiss the cheek when you meet or leave . i kiss alot when i meet girls but when its on a sexual level you can tell in there eyes . keep eye contact if she shies away slowly move in and kiss . or if he seems nerves kiss him he is shy . good luck . i like to be kissed but i try to get in first

Some guys like it when the girl kisses him because then they know the girl is interested. But some guys think that girls shouldn't be that aggressive. Do what feels comfortable to you, and if they guy doesn't like it then he wasn't the right one for you anyway.
