How would you know if a girl at work fancied you???
GIRL 1:
When she walks past-she lowers her head as she passes me,other times she smiles and we make eye contact.When her friends walk past-they look at me+smile.Then they suddenly start talking again as soon as they pass me!!!The same happens during lunch.I sent her a valentine card and my mate said that her friends were talking about it. Good signs???(not spoken to her yet)
GIRL 2: (speak to this one)
Continuous flirting,being rude to you 1 day,but polite the next,saying she wants to get to know you better?
She always mentions how I pulled her mate - WHY???
I pulled her mate when we all went out as a group.(her mate outside of work)This was 2 months ago!Why she keep bringing it up?
(She's got a boyfriend though he won't commit!There are moments when we just stare into each others eyes!!!)
Advice on BOTH GIRLS PLEASE......

Girl 1 appears shy and you should ask for her phone number. She appears to like you and her friends know and her friends know she likes you. Try to get to know her better. Try to sit next to her at lunch and talk to her. Girl 1 is a good sign.
Girl 2, leave alone. She has a boyfriend, never a good sign. Never never never try for anyone with a significant other whether they are in it partially or fully, not a good sign at all. You want someone who will be able to fully put what they have into you. You wouldn't want a guy after your girl if you were the boyfriend.
Go and get to know girl number one better as friends and see where the friendship leads you. Respect her as friends first.

girl 1: there is def. some signs! to get to know her better, go up to her when her mates aren't around and say either
>hey, i've seen you around but we've never really spoke. my name is ______ whats yours?
>Hi, i sent you that card i think your cute, do you wanna go out sometime?
>i'm ______, (say something about yourself, job, school club, in her math class etc) tell me something about you?
>comment on the weather, then ask her name.
girl 2: I think girl 2 is a bit of a slut. I don't know, but shes flirting with you, and gazing into your eyes when she HAS A BOYFRIEND! When you find out she single again, then she someone you could consider. Try girl 1 first, then if shes a no-no, investigate girl 2.

Looks like you already no one better. Pick the one you like best, and start a conversation, and go from there. You gave a valentine card to the first one, then maybe you like her more. Go for it. What have you got to loose?
