I feel very safe and will continue to do so right up until the moment I die because then it wont be an issue,no sense in getting worked up over things.

Although it would be better if nuclear weapons were not available, sometimes, in a sick way it deters others from having them. One cannot worry about a nuclear war because your ability to stop it does not exist. Hatred is more dangerous than nuclear weapons. hatred drives the need to use these weapons. I feel as safe as one can feel in a day when you never know if the guy driving by in a car has a payload packed into it that by design will kill as many people as possible. There is no difference in this type of terror and the terror of a rogue nation getting a nuclear bomb. Life goes on, you do what you do, and pray that sanity will prevail.

You are worrying needlessly but not because your God will save you; that's just a whimsy.
The only time nuclear weapons are used as the ultimate terror is when individual rulers/dictators of any particular country believe they can use that terror to further their own ideology. We have two at the moment who seem intent on creating mayhem in the minds of the western leaders. I recall the 'Cold War' and the 'Cuban Missile Crisis' when we all believed that a nuclear war was about to begin. It didn't because, at the last moment of brinkmanship, Russia backed down.
Today, the two countries I refer to have not so much to lose, so their brinkmanship is a little tougher. Hopefully, their own people will prevail, rather than an outside force.

Why would God want to save your country? You forgot America has the bomb and weapons of mass destruction.

Hi! You seem rather pessimist, they have the bomb, as well, so do we!
But, despite all these threats, I'm French and I don't believe in God, but I feel me safe!!
It will be really dangerous the day where they will have a weapon more powerful than the nuclear bomb, and I think they won't!
Relax...

Now is about as safe as it gets. When I was born in 1941 in London, it was very unsafe and positively dangerous. The world is a dangerous place. The safest locations are the major cities of London and New York, both of which are well protected.

My advice - story worrying and go back to sleep.

Only Bush and the furking morons in the Pentagon believe Iran wants the bomb. Remember Iraq? They furking lied there too. Don't believe them.
I'd feel safer with the American administration all DEAD that's for sure.

Well things happen for a reason and you don't have to believe that "god" will save you. Now a days anything can happen so there is no use in worrying about it really, it might not happen for 50 years or i t might happen in 2 days times. No one can tell.

Oh for goodness sake!!! Everyone who isn't Christian and western is mad is that what you're suggesting? When the Indians and Pakistanis accquired nuclear, the West held it's breath waiting for these 'backward jonny foreigners' to destroy the world and what happened . . .? By the way, shouldn't you have given God a capitol 'g' - he won't save you now . . .

We have hundreds of WMD's sitting on launchers scattered all across this country.(Minuitemen silos for the uneducated) I'm more concerned about us using them. We've got a freak at the controls too.
