I think u should observe the QUANTITY of the peed water.
It is Normal for a Dog to pee more than 20 times daily if he doesn't pass a large volumn of water while peeing.
Otherwise DOgs too r prone to diabetes and UTIs.
Fungal infections that infect a Dog or Cat from US....the Human beings... sometimes can travel over to their kidneys or bladders and make them pass a large volumn of water oftenly..... but in such case he would mostly show symptoms of fever.....

the reason dogs pee so much they are leting other dogs now that they were there and its like forplay for dogs instead of peeing one good time they pee alot of times its normal

Is your dog also drinking a lot of water? Excessive thirst and urination are symptoms of both Cushing's Disease and Diabetes.
