That depends. In some states, you can get away with 2nd or 3rd cousins. Still, the societal stigma that comes with it is pretty much outside legal boundaries; the best thing to do is use protection and not get caught. While there have been some instances of successful birth through such encounters, there's still a high chance of a problematic birth if you try it. But if you're doing it just for fun, like I said, use protection.
